Rules & Regulations
By creating an account or making a purchase on Kennyzee Marketplace, you agree to these rules. They are designed to keep the platform safe, fair and reliable for everyone.
1. Account & Eligibility
- •You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Kennyzee Marketplace.
- •Each user is allowed only ONE account. Multiple accounts may be banned without notice.
- •You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials and wallet PIN secure.
- •Sharing or reselling your account is strictly prohibited.
2. Acceptable Use
- •Products and services are sold for legitimate testing, automation and verification purposes only.
- •Using our services for fraud, phishing, identity theft or any illegal activity is strictly forbidden.
- •Reverse-engineering, scraping or attempting to disrupt the platform will result in a permanent ban.
- •All purchases are tied to your account — products cannot be transferred between accounts.
3. Wallet & Payments
- •All transactions on the platform are processed in Nigerian Naira (₦).
- •Wallet funds are non-transferable between users and cannot be withdrawn back to a bank account.
- •Top-ups are credited instantly. Failed top-ups are reversed automatically within 24 hours.
- •Always confirm the product details before checkout — it is your responsibility.
4. Refunds & Replacements
- •Automatic-delivery products: refunds are issued only when the product fails to deliver or is invalid on receipt.
- •Manual-delivery services: refunds are processed within 24 hours if the order cannot be fulfilled.
- •Refund requests must be opened within 30 minutes of purchase via the Support page.
- •Once a digital product is consumed, used or marked as delivered, it cannot be refunded.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- •Chargebacks are not tolerated and will result in an immediate permanent ban.
- •Abusing support, threatening staff or spamming the platform leads to suspension.
- •Attempting to exploit bugs, pricing errors or wallet glitches will void all credits and ban the account.
6. Liability & Changes
- •Kennyzee Marketplace acts as a digital reseller. We do not own the third-party platforms our products interact with.
- •We are not liable for misuse, account bans on third-party platforms, or downtime of upstream providers.
- •These rules may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the latest version.
